We have a number of opportunities to join our Linium Resources Consulting practice working with our clients within the Financial Services Industry.  Looking for Project Managers/PMO candidates with proven success on engagements with Financial Services firms or experience in similar role with an Investment Bank or broker dealer.  These are immediate needs for qualified candidates to join dynamic teams with prestigious clients.
The Consultants should show a demonstrated ability to:
  • Support all phases of project life cycle management
  • Develop key project documents
  • Support budget development and negotiations
  • Support for development, maintenance, and adherence to the project schedule using MS Project
  • Act as liaison between PMO and business lines
  • Communicate effectively in order to ensure successful project execution
  • Work with a diverse team of individuals, assisting coworkers, customers, and peers in all areas as required.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence to be accepted by senior level as a trusted business advisor
  • Manage professionals in maintaining quality service delivery for engagements.
  • Evaluate performance data to identify trends and opportunities to improve practice performance, efficiency, and solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Accept accountability for performance measurement in accordance with goals
  • Provide direction for project activities and manage project resources



    Skills preferred:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a consultative or project management capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing project load, and working under dynamic conditions with intense deadlines.
  • Experience with major large scale project development, technical writing/editing, training development, and presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence a team.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Project.
  • Deep understanding of project management and client services.


    Preferred Experience: PMP Certification, LEAN Six Sigma
    Bachelor’s degree required
